超声波明渠流量计安装要点是什么？

堰槽的选择
1、最大流量大于40升/秒建议使用巴歇尔槽。
2、最大流量小于40升/秒建议使用直角三角堰。
3、上游渠道较短，最大流量又大于40升/秒建议使用矩形堰。
4、巴歇尔槽的水位-流量关系是由实验室标定出来的，而且对于上游行进渠槽条件要求较弱，若成本允许，优选巴歇尔槽。
5、标准堰槽有成品配套出售，也可以现场制作（土建），要求尺寸精确，槽内表面要光滑。
堰槽的安装
1、量水堰槽的中心线要与渠道的中心线重合，使水流进入量水堰槽不出现偏流。
2、量水堰槽的上游最小要有大于5倍渠道宽度的平直段，使水流能平稳进入量水堰槽。
3、量水堰槽通水后，水的流态要自由流（不能淹没流）。
探头安装位置
1、超声波明渠流量计的探头可以直接安装在量水堰槽水位观测点的上方。探头发射面要对准水面，并且跟水面垂直。
2、静水井安装
在不少现场，因为渠道内的水面会有垃圾、泡沫或者其他漂浮物，造成测量的误差或者测量不到信号；或者因为上游没有足够长度的直渠道，水面波动厉害，可以采用静水井方式来安装解决。
静水井内壁直径要＞500mm,内壁平整无任何凸起物和毛刺。探头安装后，探头发射面距离最高水面≥0.04米。
