1、安装位置
a. 尽快远离进料口和出料口
b. 金属罐在整个量程范围内，传感器不得碰到罐壁及罐底。
c. 建议安装在料仓直径的1/4或1/6处，与罐壁的最小距离为测量范围的1/10
d. 缆式或杆式探头离罐壁最小距离≥300mm
e. 探头底部距离罐底≥30mm
f. 探头距离罐内障碍物最小距离≥200mm
g. 如果容器底部是锥形的，可以安装在罐顶中央。
2、无论是杆式还是缆式，过程连接表面应为金属。
3、干扰的优化
对于粘度不大于500Cst的液体，可采用旁通管或防波管来避免干扰。
旁通管型号：CNS-F2,防波管型号:CNS-F1
