白炭黑生产中PH的测量（上）

白炭黑是白色粉末状X-射线无定形硅酸和硅酸盐产品的总称，主要是指沉淀二氧化硅、气相二氧化硅和超细二氧化硅凝胶，也包括粉末状合成硅酸铝和硅酸钙等。白炭黑是多孔性物质，其组成可用SiO2·nH2O表示，其中nH2O是以表面羟基的形式存在。能溶于苛性碱和氢氟酸，不溶于水、溶剂和酸（氢氟酸除外）。耐高温、不燃、无味、无嗅、具有很好的电绝缘性。
白炭黑作为一种环保、性能优异的助剂，主要用于橡胶制品（包括高温硫化硅橡胶）、纺织、造纸、农药、食品添加剂领域。
白炭黑按生产方法大体分为沉淀法白炭黑和气相法白炭黑。
气相法白炭黑常态下为白色无定形絮状半透明固体胶状纳米粒子（粒径小于100nm），无毒，有巨大的比表面积。气相法白炭黑全部是纳米二氧化硅，产品纯度可达99%，粒径可达10~20nm，但制备工艺复杂，价格昂贵。气相白炭黑主要用作硅橡胶的补强剂、涂料和不饱和树脂增稠剂，超细二氧化硅凝胶和气凝胶主要用作涂料消光剂、增稠剂、塑料薄膜开口剂等。
沉淀法白炭黑又分为传统沉淀法白炭黑和特殊沉淀法白炭黑，前者是指以硫酸、盐酸、CO2与水玻璃为基本原料生产的二氧化硅，后者是指采用超重力技术、溶胶-凝胶法、化学晶体法、二次结晶法或反相胶束微乳液法等特殊方法生产的二氧化硅。沉淀白炭黑主要用作天然橡胶和合成橡胶的补强剂、牙膏摩擦剂等。
沉淀法白炭黑生产的过程中，主要工艺流程可概括为：
1.加底水，底碱调整到给定的碱浓度;
2.酸碱并流，使PH值稳定在11.00~12.00之间；
3.加酸酸化，PH值降到4.00~5.00时停酸;
4.熟化过程。
