内蒙古美力坚科技化工有限公司依托当地丰富的原料和能源优势，加快当地煤化工和氯碱化工产业循环经济的发展，以煤焦油中的工业萘和氯碱化工的副产品烧碱、液碱为原料，进行深度开发。该项目占地面积700亩，总投资20亿元。

为实现各生产装置的长期、安全、稳定生产，项目在设计上选用的生产设备，自动化装置的大规模应用，提高了控制精度和产品质量，降低了原料消耗，有效的减少了用工数量和劳动强度。公司以清洁生产为立足点，采用国内成熟的环保技术，其中环保设施投资超2.2亿元，公司各项污染物全部实现超低排放标准。

中核仪表为美力坚科技化工提供包括涡街流量计、压力变送器、音叉物位开关等数据监测仪器仪表，严密监控生产设备运行状态及化工物料使用情况，进行合理的分配，让有限的资源发挥出最大的价值。同时，严格控制运行中工艺参数的调整、控制，做好工艺条件等方面的检查，包括检查操作压力、温度、液位、流量等是否在安全操作规程规定的范围内，对于异常状况进行快速处理和解决，提高生产效率。
